As soon as we got back from our trip to Montenegro it was go time!
I (Christine) played a concert with the Hong Kong Chamber Orchestra at City Hall. It is one of the two major concert venues in Hong Kong and I really enjoyed the experience. My stand partner was a lot of fun and the Verdi concert was really enjoyable.

We have also been staying busy getting ready for our concerts. Tim had the HS Choir Concert on April 26th, I had my Strings (MS and HS) concert on May 3, this past Thursday Tim had the MS Choir concert and last Friday we both had the Upper Elementary concert (5th Grade Strings and Choir, Children's Choir and Alleluia Ringers (handbell choir).

While all of the concerts were happening we were able to host Nicole and Jeremiah and we have had fun running around Hong Kong with them doing tourist things (going to Cheung Chau, the light show and Disneyland!)

It is hard to believe that we have about a month and a half left in Hong Kong. It feels like time has really flown by. Getting ready for the big move has become a bigger part of our day to day lives. Now that concerts are over, the end of the school year is in sight. In the meantime, we are living life to the fullest here and trying to pack it all in. Some highlights that are coming up - Star Trek with fellow Trekkie friends on Thursday and a trip this weekend (we have a long weekend for Buddha's Birthday). More on those adventures later on :)
Oh yeah! In case anyone was wondering - we did go see the Rubber Ducky in Victoria Harbour in the middle of concert craziness :)
Much love to all,
Christine and Tim
