Testing 1, 2, 3!

The title of this blog came from our recent trip to Houston. We brought cheese curds for Christine's extended family and the ice chest ended up in its own little duffle bag which had to be checked due to the gel packs. As we watched the cheese curd bag go up the ramp to the plane the name "Cheese Curds in Transit" came to us.  The cheese curds are in the small green duffel bag :)

We will be moving to Hong Kong at the end of July. We hope to use this blog as a way to stay in touch with our family and friends. :)
